Thanks Rosie. The gardens are just off Grand Trunk road (about 10 min from where I live). It's the perfect place to seek refuge from the madness and noise of Lahore!

Shalimar garden is Marvellous!!!Lot of traffic rush outside the garden and when you enters in it you can make a difference of Silence. The Emperor Shah Jahan will definitely get surprised(if back) and found his garden got closely compacted between the buidings and densly population.
