Through photography I attempt to capture the mysticism, colour and movement of everyday life in Lahore, the culture capital of Pakistan.

Beautiful Places of Worship
The Badshahi Mosque, the fifth largest mosque in the world, was commissioned by the sixth Mughal Emperor Aurangzeb in 1671.
Of all the mosques I've been to in my life (and I've been to a lot) I think the Wazir Khan Masjid is quite possibly the most beautiful (and magical) in the world. I love the colours and the patterns!
The last picture is of the Samadhi of Emperor Ranjit Singh. Construction was started by his son, Kharak Singh on the spot where he was cremated, and was completed by his youngest son, Duleep Singh in 1848.

Lahore Press Club
I quite randomly landed a job with the conflict-resolution NGO Faith Matters a couple of days ago and though it definately wasn't my plan to work here in Lahore, I think it might be a great opportunity to bring people together and help make Pakistan a safer and more prosperous place. I took the above picture at a Press Conference in which we launched our Youth Forum.
